ABOUT THE ROLE

They are looking for a high-performing Enterprise Account Executive to join their expanding sales team and drive growth in the UK market. Based in London (or working in a hybrid capacity if outside London), this role offers a unique opportunity to be a foundational member of the sales organization, working cross-functionally to define and execute sales strategies, manage high-value prospects, and close transformative deals.


The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, driven, and experienced in selling SaaS solutions—particularly within retail or commerce sectors. You’re comfortable engaging stakeholders across all levels of an organization, conducting strategic discovery, and navigating complex sales cycles from start to close.


WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Drive new business acquisition with large enterprise clients across the UK
  • Proactively identify and engage potential customers while responding to inbound leads
  • Lead persuasive product presentations tailored to audiences ranging from C-suite to technical stakeholders
  • Develop and expand relationships within existing accounts while targeting and landing new ones
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and provide pipeline visibility to leadership
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including Partnerships, Engineering, Marketing, and Product
  • Participate in mentorship and contribute to overall team development
  • Travel as needed for client meetings, industry events, and trade shows


WHAT YOU BRING

  • 4+ years of experience in SaaS or AI technology sales with a consistent record of exceeding quotas
  • Demonstrated ability to sell business outcomes to enterprise customers, with experience managing complex sales processes
  • Passion for delivering customer success and collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Experience in retail and/or commerce-related tech sales is strongly preferred
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage commercial contracts effectively
  • Excellent forecasting, pipeline management, and account planning capabilities
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot or Salesforce preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
