The role will be situated in our central Horsham office. As a Recruitment Consultant within Evidencia, previous experience within the Life Sciences space is not necessary as tailored onboarding will be given in addition to ongoing training and development from an expert with 20 years in the sector. We will work with you to create a personalised career path for progression, enabling you to develop personally and reach your goals.
Responsibilities of a Recruitment Consultant:
Headhunt and network within the Pharma Industry globally, to engage and attract key talent for our established and growing client base.
Previous experience in either recruitment, sales, or a consultative sales background.
