As a Design Engineer you will:

• Collaborate directly with customers to ID new solutions as part of the 'discovery' phase.
• Build prototypes straddling React and Figma .
• Create UX flows and high-quality visuals.
• Autonomously lead design direction , improve product usability and expand the existing design system (React).

You'll be...

• Someone who has worked as both a designer and engineer (sorry, this is a non-negotiable) in the past, with the ability to write production grade JS/TS/React code. Although you won't lead on front-end engineering the context of how design impacts performance and quality is crucial.
• Understands that working for a scale-up comes with a high degree of autonomy .
• Can be an advocate for design across the business.
• Defaults to a humble disposition ; you have opinions on what 'good' looks like but remain receptive to constructive feedback.
