We’re looking for a dedicated and ambitious Demi Chef de Partie to join our award-winning team at The Fish Hotel

We are a family-owned, 4 AA Red Star property featuring the acclaimed seafood restaurant Hook (2 AA rosettes) serving sustainable Cornish seafood. Our guests can also enjoy our vibrant lounge and bar areas, offering gourmet hotdogs, small plates, cocktails, and delicious regional tipples.

As a Demi CDP, you’ll work as part of a close-knit, supportive brigade under the guidance of Michelin-starred Culinary Director Martin Burge, giving you the perfect environment to build confidence, refine your core skills and progress your career.

You’ll be joining a calm, well-organised and well-equipped kitchen where quality, teamwork and consistency are at the heart of everything we do. If you’re keen to develop your craft and enjoy working with fresh, seasonal produce, this is a brilliant next step.
