Your new role: As a Data Transformation Analyst/Consultant within the HR department, you will work on a regional HR data mapping transformation program for SAP SuccessFactors. Your responsibilities include transforming legacy data from various sources in MS Excel, accurately populating data load templates for SAP SuccessFactors, and collaborating with business partners to understand data and transformation requirements, supporting the digital data transformation strategy.

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong technical background in data analytics.
• Expertise in MS Excel, including formulas, macros, and VLOOKUPs.
• Experience with data mapping from multiple sources.
• Experience with data transformation projects.
• Knowledge of HR software data (desirable).
• Knowledge of SAP/SuccessFactors (desirable).
• Adaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Confident and personable, capable of leading meetings as a data subject matter expert with internal and external clients.
