We're looking for looking for cruise sales professionals with experience of selling high-end, luxury, tailor-made holidays wanting to work for a small but mighty team!

Working for this award winning, independent cruise agency, you’ll be a master at creating bespoke hand-picked itineraries, whilst delivering exceptional levels of customer service!

Our client's ideal candidate will have experience in selling cruise lines such as Regent, Norwegian Cruise Line, Celebrity and Oceania with a strong cruise sales background selling multiple cruise lines and a flexible approach to working hours.

In return they can offer:

• A salary of £24,000 with uncapped commission OTE £65 - £70k
• Mon – Sunday working on a rota basis
• Working hours from 7am – 8pm on a rota basis
• Benefits including Fam trips, a day off on your birthday, private medical health care and incentives

Role of Cruise Sales Specialist:

• Selling cruise holidays for high end cruise lines
• Tailor making cruise holidays for customers, adding flights, hotel stays, land tours and excursions
• Building rapport with new & existing customers
• Delivering high levels of customer service
• Offering expert advice and personal recommendations

Skills required for the role:

• Previous cruise sales experience - essential
• Experience with tailor-making cruise packages - essential
• Confident and pro-active telephone manner
• Strong sales ability and customer focused approach
• Flexible approach to working hours
