Clinical Lead (GP)
Location: Eye, Cambridgeshire
The GP will work as an autonomous practitioner, responsible for the provision of medical services to patients of the practice and delivering an excellent standard of clinical care. Duties will include leadership, clinical, administrative and financial management.
With regard to our set up of our services, home visits are usually undertaken by our practice paramedic team, and we process most of our appointment requests via reception over the phone. All our 'on the day' appointments are initially via telephone, and clinicians triage any face to face appointments required. We also have a mix of planned face to face and telephone appointments over the day.

Fressingfield Medical Centre are a dispensing practice operating over two sites, and have an excellent relationship with our patient population of around 6,500, dispensing for approximately 95% of them.
Our practice comprises a strong and diverse team of 3 GP partners, nurse practitioners, practice paramedics, practice pharmacist, a pharmacy technician, dispensers, an experienced nursing team and an efficient and experienced team of care co-coordinators, administrators and secretaries.
We consistently achieve highly in QOF in comparison to the national average at year end and were rated 'Good' by CQC. Fully qualified GP with GMC registration

A fully qualified GP with GMC registration.
Experience of working in a primary care environment.
An understanding of the GMS contract.
