As a Client Partner you are expected to manage and grow key relationships for some of our key customers. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of the banking ecosystem, a keen understanding of trends, and market developments in the UK and Europe. Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders in the Banking and Financial Services sector.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts (farming) and with new prospects.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
- Leverage deep domain knowledge of the banking ecosystem to provide insights and solutions that address client challenges.
- Stay abreast of technology trends and market developments to inform strategic decisions and client recommendations.
- Think outside the box to develop innovative solutions that meet client needs and drive business growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality services and solutions.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams, ensuring clear understanding and alignment on objectives and deliverables.
- Present complex information in a clear and concise manner to various stakeholders.
Technical Skills Required
- At least 15 years of proven experience working in various roles within an IT organization set up for Banking and Financial Services.
- Extensive proven experience in account farming and client relationship management within the Banking and Financial Services sector.
- Strong domain knowledge of the banking ecosystem and a deep understanding of the market dynamics in the UK and Europe.
- Proven credentials in expanding business growth and achieving revenue targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
