I'm working with an end user organisation based in Central London who are looking for an experience Business Change Specialist to join them on a 6 month contract starting ASAP. My client are a well established brand who are rolling out a core HR system (SAP SF). They've got a small (but mighty) internal team and all configuration work is being managed by an external SI. What they're looking for is someone who has gone through an SAP SuccessFactors implementation before to help support their people with the adoption of this technology. The hiring manager sees this being a 2 or 3 day commitment per week so it's perfect if you're looking for a better balance or have other clients on the go. The contract runs through to the end of the year (go live is October/ November time and they'd want you to stay around to ensure a smooth transition into hyper care and a little beyond it), it's outside IR35 and they're looking to pay £500-525 per day.
