Working hours:

8:30am

3:30pm About the role: As a Behaviour Mentor, you will support pupils who may display challenging behaviour, helping them stay engaged in learning and develop positive behaviours within the classroom. This may involve working

1:1 with students or supporting small groups , building strong relationships and acting as a positive role model. Roles available: Day-to-day supply

Long-term placements

Temp-to-perm opportunities

Requirements: Experience working with children or young people

Experience supporting behaviour management is desirable

A calm, patient and resilient approach

Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
