Behaviour Mentor We are currently seeking a Behaviour Mentor to join a high-achieving primary school in Southwark on a long-term basis, starting ASAP. In this Behaviour Mentor role, you will support pupils one-to-one and in small groups, helping them manage behaviour, stay engaged, and achieve their academic potential. As a Behaviour Mentor, you will provide emotional support for pupils experiencing difficulties, including managing outbursts or challenging situations, while promoting positive behaviour and resilience.
